This rub is for grilling steaks and beef. Best flavor is obtained if the rub is applied at least an hour before the meat is placed on the grill. Steaks can be lightly brushed with a little olive oil at the time the rub is applied in order to help the seasonings penetrate into the meat. Be careful of flareups!
